One of the delights of living in Knowle is ready access to good, over the counter, food. We are lucky to have a real artisan bakery on our doorstep, run in the French style by a genuine Frenchman, with a rich variety of bread and patisserie available every morning.
Just like a bakery on any French High Street, the Bread Collection has a queue of regulars forming just before it opens at 8.30am each morning ready to feast on the aroma of a fresh bake as it wafts from opening door.
